1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NOVAE platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you are using NOVAE on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Service Availability & Accounts
Access: We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to access NOVAE for your internal business or personal use.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. AI Content & Usage
Ownership: You retain all rights and ownership of the input data you provide to NOVAE. NOVAE does not claim ownership over the outputs generated by our AI models based on your specific prompts.
Accuracy: AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and should be verified. NOVAE is not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the content generated.
Restrictions: You agree not to use NOVAE to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content, or to reverse-engineer our proprietary algorithms and infrastructure.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing tiers with a 30-day notice to active subscribers.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to NOVAE if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
