To Provide Services: To execute the AI workflows you trigger.
To Improve NOVAE: We may use anonymized, de-identified data to refine our models and internal processes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Security & Storage
Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.
Third-Party Providers: We partner with trusted infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). These partners are compliant with global security standards.
4. AI Training Disclosure
By default, NOVAE Enterprise users’ data is excluded from global model training. For free or individual tiers, we may use de-identified inputs to improve our service unless you opt-out via your account settings.
5. Compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
We respect your rights to access, port, or delete your personal data. If you are located in the EU or California, you have specific rights regarding your information which can be exercised by contacting our privacy team.
